Requirements: There are several assignments that help scaffold the overall process:  outline, draft, and peer review. Failure to submit any of the pre-writing stages will result in a 10 point deduction from your final paper grade for each missed or late stage.  Each final essay must be a minimum of 2500 words. All essays must follow the Classical Model. All essays should be typed and double-spaced in 12-pont font. You should must include at least 10 of your sources from your Annotated Bibliography. You may not use any sources that do not appear on your Annotated Bibliography.  Any source material must be attributed and cited properly in MLA format, including in-text citations and a Works Cited page

Capstone Project Term Paper Requirements: The paper will be a minimum of 20 content pages, double-spaced, 12 pt. font using Times-New Roman style with one inch margins (top, bottom, left, and right).  The minimum length for the paper does not include a title page, abstract, exhibits, and reference page, so a minimum of 23 pages is expected.  You must include a title page and a reference page with at least six peer reviewed references from the EU Online Library. An abstract and a running-header are necessary. All works listed on the reference page must be cited in your work and all citations appearing in your work must appear on your reference page in APA format.       Presentation Requirements: Use Microsoft PowerPoint  or other presentation software to prepare a visual presentation of the information contained in your paper. You are encouraged to use photos and graphics in your presentation. A reference page/slide is not required if the references match those used in the paper. A minimum of 12 content slides supporting your paper plus a title page is expected. Audio commentary is not necessary.  Prepare your presentation as if you were presenting to a live audience. Instructions For this task, you will need to prepare a short legal memo that analyzes a case. There are resources for this week that contain information on how to organize and write a legal memo. The necessary sections for the memorandum are the heading, question/issue presented, brief answer, facts, discussion/analysis, and conclusion. You work at law firm in Illinois. The client in this case is Bruce Badger. Bruce is 26 years old and was engaged to Charity Cheetah. Bruce was very much in love with Charity, but he acknowledges that his family had tried to warn him that Charity did not seem to be as committed to him. On their wedding day, Charity did not show up at the church, leaving Bruce standing in front of a church full of people, with no idea of where Charity had gone.
