Throughout this course, you will work in a CLC assignment on a strategic case analysis project. This project consists of different parts you will complete each week that build on each other.
Go to the Strategy Club website and review the Sample Strategic Plan for Junifer Networks under the student resources section. This sample strategic plan is an example of what your completed strategic case analysis should look like at the end of the course.
NOTE: Be sure that the Matrices are completed by the 5th day of the topic, so that you have time to complete for the other analysis of the Matrices.
Complete the following three parts for the CLC project:
Part I – SPACE Matrix
• Follow guidelines provided in Chapter 6 of the David text to learn how to create a SPACE Matrix.

• In 150-200 words, explain what strategies you recommend, given your SPACE analysis. Avoid generic, vague terms such as market development.
• Write a 150-200-word analysis of the significance of the Space Matrix regarding its relevance for strategic planning. Describe the key information for each of the three matrices and how information from each will influence recommendations for strategic plans to improve the position of the company.
Part II – Grand Strategy Matrix
• Follow guidelines provided in Chapter 6 of the David text to learn how to create a Grand Strategy Matrix. Specifically refer to Figure 6-13.

• Write a 150-200-word analysis of the significance of the Grand Strategy Matrix regarding its relevance for strategic planning. Describe the key information for each of the three matrices and how information from each will influence recommendations for strategic plans to improve the position of the company.
Part III – Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM)
