This project consists of different parts you will complete each week that build on each other. Complete the following three parts: Part I – SPACE Matrix Follow guidelines provided in Chapter 6 of the David text to learn how to create a SPACE Matrix. Use your Strategic-Planning Template to develop a Grand Strategy Matrix for your company. Use the data you have compiled about your company throughout the course to assist you. Specifically, rank the X axis from 1 (extremely weak competitive position) to 9 (extremely strong competitive position). Rank the Y axis from 1 (extremely slow market growth) to 9 (extremely rapid market growth). Part III – Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Follow guidelines provided in Chapter 6 of the David text to learn how to create a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Specifically refer to Tables 6-4 and 6-5. Use your Strategic-Planning Template to develop a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix for your company. Use the data you have compiled about your company throughout the course to assist you. In 500-750 words, explain what strategies you recommend, given your SPACE analysis. Avoid generic, vague terms such as market development. Submit all parts of the assignment as one deliverable. Be sure to cite three to five relevant and credible sources in support of your content. Use only sources found at corporate websites, or those provided in Topic Materials. This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
