Part of evangelism is to clear up misconceptions and misperceptions people have about the gospel. Dealing with people and evangelism is often messy.”  How does all of this connect with the essential harvest principles discussed by McRaney, also in the introductory video, and in Chapter 11 of the Everyday Series: Evangelism book?As you respond, consider your own conversion experience. Explain how it may have demonstrated “the dirty work of evangelism”? From the article written by Dr. Earley, as well as Chapters 19-20 of the Everyday Series: Evangelism book, address if spiritual warfare was part of the dirty work – what part did prayer play in the process then and now, etc.?Finally, from McRaney Chapter 1, what role does the Holy Spirit play in evangelism and in reference to the harvest?  Ultimately, referring to McRaney, Chapter 2, make sure that you address how your emerging biblical theology of evangelism and practical experience of faith can assist people in addressing their misconceptions/misperceptions regarding the gospel

Highly functioning teams consider situations from a global perspective. This type of perspective requires each member understands the vision and goals of the team. Members reflect on the larger implications of their decision-making and accomplishments.  In other words, the “global perspective” keeps in mind the big picture regarding how the decisions of each individual will affect the team, how the team’s decisions will affect the larger organization and beyond.  Teams should never be isolated, but remember the greater impact of what they do.Write a 1-page response entry that outlines your commitment to a “team global perspective.” This could include your philosophy on team vision and direction in relation to the global perspective. The document should be no longer than one page long and can be in bullet style. Teams must be equipped to address problems as they arise. If handled effectively, problems can become opportunities for growth and improvement. When teams possess problem-solving skills, they function more successfully.Create a case study that involves a problem that a team could face.Have some options available on how the team could turn the problem into an opportunity.Prepare to discuss the problem and potential opportunity. As teams encounter problems either within the team or outside of the team, conflict resolution becomes a valuable tool. Teams often experience barriers to communication. Critical thinking skills can be utilized to overcome these barriers. When the team evaluates problems relating to communication from a critical viewpoint, the team experiences growth and cohesiveness.Create a list of 10 barriers that affect teams. In the list, make sure you give significant thought to why there are barriers and most importantly how one can overcome the barriers. BOOK CRITIQUE ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONSOVERVIEWCritique the 5 parts of the book, McClendon, P. Adam. Paul’s Spirituality in Galatians. Eugene: Wipf & Stock, 2015: the Introduction and each of the 4 chapters. This book is the product of an academic thesis intentionally designed to be a critique of various theological traditions within Christianity. The purpose of reading and critiquing this book is to help you learn how to evaluate and process the merits and faults of a theological position, while being respectful. Our responsibility before God and others is to ground our convictions in the contextual principles of God’s Word.Liberty University brings great diversity, and each theological tradition has its own strengths; at the same time, we are to be people of the Word. As such, we must be committed to seeking to understand truth rightly, even at the expense of our own traditions. This book provides a critique of various positions within the Christian tradition. The ultimate point of the book is to demonstrate how we should allow the Bible to speak for itself and serve as the basis of our beliefs, correcting even our own traditional views as necessary. The goal is to challenge us to base our views on the whole of God’s Word. Write a book review of Fr. James Martin’s book, Jesus: a Pilgrimage. It is important to give a concise overall review of the book as well as concentrate closely on several topics in it; you do not have to cover every chapter; you may choose to concentrate on several chapters or themes. You must include footnotes or endnotes and a bibliography page.  Any information from the Martin book, whether quoted directly or in your own words, must be cited (there must be a no. of citations). I also expect the review to reflect your personal opinions about the book. You are allowed to refer to other book reviews, articles, or books as long as you cite them.Any evidence of plagiarism will be dealt with by the Dean’s Office. The term paper will count as 25% of your total grade.
