The experience of learning from mistakes can produce discomfort, but it can also bring the wisdom that we can bounce back from life challenges and find meaning in them. Briefly describe an academic experience or other event in your life that you would describe as a challenge – a challenge to do your best, a challenge to obtain the result you wanted etc.   Now propose a way to re-frame this failure as a setback and see it as an opportunity to learn and to grow.
