Discussion: Organizational Strategic Goals It is becoming increasingly important for organizations to demonstrate that they are of significant public value. This requires them to have clearly defined short-term and long-term strategic goals. As a current or future leader and manager, it is essential that you are not only able to help your organization develop these goals, but you must also help create strategies for meeting them. In this Discussion, you consider strategies for prioritizing and meeting short-term and long-term goals for the organization that you selected for your Final Project. The organization will be working with the local governments to alleviate the levels of suffering and destitution that is sometimes experienced in tough times.
