This paper is about a case that will be provided. Investigate the firm’s problem(s) as they relate to Supply Chain and prepare a written paper the case. The format of the paper should follow the APA guidelines and either 2 or 1.5 spaces between lines. The paper content should have all sections specified below: ·      Executive summary (1 page) – a couple of paragraphs which summarize the remainder of the report and is on its own page ·      Background (2 page) – use this section to lead into your Problem Statement; identify symptoms, critical factors and the current state  ·      Problem Statement (maximum four lines) – a succinct statement of the problem/dilemma/issue, in a single declarative sentence; be careful to identify the real problem and not the symptoms of the problem ·      Analysis (4 pages) – apply marketing models, textbooks, and outside research to support your position; logically discuss options, implications and tradeoffs  ·      Recommendations and Conclusions (1 page) – these should be your recommendations regarding how the organization should deal with the problem; they should be fully supported by the Analysis section ·      References and Charts – does not count towards the 8 pages Citations must be referenced according to APA style. Add at least 2 charts.   Appropriate references:  This is a library research paper and you must use at least 3 different sources, not including textbooks. These sources should be company websites, industry sources, periodicals, such as the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and so on, and governmental sources such as the SEC. Wikipedia and other similar sources are not to be used. Research online different companies return policies.  Compare and contrast at least two separate businesses and offer your opinion on which company you would prefer to shop at due to the returns policy.
