What is the function or purpose of public radio and television in a democratic society? How does your local public radio or television station fulfill this purpose? Over the last 25 years, how has music changed in terms of artistic expression versus money and business? Assume for this assignment that you are being highly considered for a director-level HR management position for a best-in-class national retailer. Preparing the forecasts about the future manpower problems and comparing that forecast with the qualitative and quantitative adequacy of labor. The resources required in the future must be matched with the availability of labor.
