The report needs to be 5 pages, double-spaced, and 12-point font. I need to write a reflective report that incorporates 3-4 different teacher’s interview responses to questions relating to Formal Assessments. I don’t know if all of their responses are required or if I just need to reference them? I asked for their views on formal assessments, strategies to use, etc. Then, I wrote a response to what I have learned and how I will apply their experiences to my future teaching. Five pages is required, so I am unclear how much room I will have and what to include. I do not need to include any names for identity…just be able to demonstrate that I interviewed teachers, what I learned from their feedback, how I can use their experiences and strategies, and how I will prepare my students in a classroom in the future based on their ideas. I will upload their responses to the questions which will help compile/write the report. This is kind of a reflective report….but, I haven’t taught yet to know how I truly feel. 😉

What could be done to increase the likelihood of transfer of training if the work environment conditions are unfavorable and cannot be changed? How might you motivate managers to play a more active role in ensuring transfer of training? Almost everyone has had a learning/training experience that was not in the best of circumstances, whether in school or at work. You may be able to use those experiences to give you perspective now. Keep those experiences in mind when answering this question and when responding to your peers.

Introduction Your introduction is a logical argument for the importance of the topic you plan to investigate. Include a clear thesis that tells the reader how the paper will address the issues that were outlined.  Body The body of the paper will use the outline of headings and subheadings you developed in Week 7. If you consider a page for the introduction and a page for the conclusion, that leaves five to six pages of text to discuss the (three or more) different topics, leaving a page for the summary. Summary Include a summary section synthesizing the research in the context of key issues that arose from the discussion, using citations as needed. This should be about a page minimum. Conclusion Finish with a conclusion that summarizes the two or three points you want the reader to take away from the discussion, along with substantive suggestions for future inquiry or research. The Signature Assignment will be graded not only on content, but also on writing skills with special focus on the skills learned in this course such as scholarly writing, coherent organization, APA form and style, and integrity in writing. It will also be graded on how well the paper is supported by appropriate credible scholarly research studies using appropriate APA style and formatting requirements. Project Analysis and Instructional Objectives Overview In Week 1, you identified a need (such as new equipment, expanding curriculum, change in procedures, and so forth) that you want to address through the instructional curriculum you will create for your class project. You also provided a rationale concerning why the problem or need exists, outlined a goal for the project, and proposed instructional strategies. Each week is a building block as we move through the stages for planning instructional design to address the identified need. The purpose of this assignment is to document the planning process. Use the Internet to locate information that you believe will assist you with your project. Instructions Write a 2–4 page paper in which you: Develop a needs analysis for the identified need. Determine the learner characteristics for the identified need. Create a minimum of three instructional objectives. Write one objective from each of the following domains for the identified need: cognitive, behavioral, and affective. Create a procedural analysis flowchart that visually depicts your project, using Excel, Visio, or one of their equivalents such as OpenOffice or Dia. Portfolio II: Analyzing a Debatable Issue: Writing an Informational Issue Analysis Essay based on Research Overview: To complete this paper, you will research, read articles about, and explain in writing, the different perspectives or positions surrounding the debatable topic you choose. Purposes for this Essay: To think critically about a debatable issue (to look at all sides) and to convince your readers that the issue you are examining is more complicated than a pro/con debate. To use sources to explain the different sides of the debate, to compel your audience to think deeper about an issue that they may only understand superficially and to raise awareness about the issue. Audience: The audience for your essay is your classmates and your instructor. In general, this audience will expect you to fully explain the perspectives/positions surrounding your issue using evidence from your sources/research. Essay Requirements: Your essay itself is required to be 4-5 pages in length (this does not include the references page; with that the paper should be 5-6 pages in length).
