Unification of Syllabus Across Schools in India

i want to write a paper comparing the education system in singapore and india and then on finland and india and be able to infer what are the distinguishing factors that make those two countries be at the top in school education and see how the same can be adopted for india my topic is ‘unification of syllabus across schools in India’ ie., research on whether having a common curriculum and syllabus for the whole country will help the country come to the top in education or not for which i want to write a paper comparing the education system in singapore and india and then on finland and india and be able to infer what are the distinguishing factors that make those two countries be at the top in school education and see how the same can be adopted for india the above is what i want to write the first paper on i do not have a good guide, he has left it all to me, so i need to first submit one good paper for publication in order to move forward with my work i dont know if the expert team will later on find fault with my work. if they do, i’m planning to take in all the inputs for the next submission
