Transportation Policy-Texas Government

Great demands are placed on the Texas road system given all the people that will be here in the next few years.   To make matters worse, they are all moving to a specific geographical area of the state – all this growth is not uniform.   What is the State’s plan for roads in the future?  How is the State doing on infrastructure maintenance already?  How does the State pay for the road system?  Is there a gap?  These questions and the depth of analysis will be considered when I grade the ‘Analysis and Argumentation’ part of the rubric.
