I wasn’t able to cope and paste this. reading but here are the main points you can go off of: I have found that the more transparent that you are with your team, the better results you get with them.  The key to having open communication is to tell the whole story, including weaknesses and failures.  Do not protect the people from bad news  The goal of the open conversation would be to come up with possible solutions and to describe the organizations needs  The installation consists of a plan with clear goals and objectives primarily driven by management  Having open conversations with transparent goals and clearly defined expectation for participation involves these users so they feel like part of the solution rather than having something imposed upon them
