(RMI) is a global manufacturing firm with its corporate headquarters located in Broomfield, Colorado and manufacturing plants spread throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. As part of RMIs five year strategic plan, the company is developing a formal leadership training program for its up and coming leaders. The purpose of this program is to equip these designated rising administrators with the leadership skills needed to lead high-performance teams and take RMI to the next level.
