Each member from both sides will submit an individual reflection essay (500 words minimum) about the negotiations.
In your essay:
Discuss how the outcomes compared to your expectations for each process.
Include a discussion of the Intra organizational bargaining, attitudinal structuring, and the form of negotiations.
Discuss leverage, including applying Marshall’s four conditions (see the Budd text) and the alternatives to reaching an agreement.
Include any lessons you could apply to your experiences in the health care, auto industry, pro sports, and newspaper cases from Clark, Delaney, and Frost. How did your experiences compare/contrast with these cases?
Apply the Cleary and Shetach articles to your essay. What lessons did you/should you have used from these articles?
