Impact of leadership and culture in a healthcare organization

I’m trying to study for my Business course and I need some help to understand this question.

I need help in completing my thesis paper.

These are the elements I have identified need to be finished:

Formatting – ARIAL FONT

THESIS needs to be between 15,000-20000 words -currently have about 11,000.

Literature review needs revision to add in information about various leadership styles

Need to align the theoretical pillars with the empirical research literature

Tables need to be better formatted

Appendicies need to be formatted

For the literature research and theoretical framework I need to add more on leadership styles and on the organizational culture piece to support the results.

In conclusion section need to repeat hypotheses/ research questions and provide clear answer. In conclusion section need to indicate limitations of your reseaerch. AND also formulate recommendations for academic discussion and business practice.
