Survey with SurveyMonkey

You will create an account on Survey Monkey and Provide an survey with the instruction the professor is requiring.  Creating A Survey Using Survey Monkey Using Survey Monkey create a survey to collect data on the community psychology issue that you identified in the first independent learning task and is relevant to your CA project. You can have a maximum of 10 questions on the free version of Survey Monkey. Select at least three different types of questions. Create at least one quantitative and one qualitative question. For the purposes of this assignment all surveys must be in English, even though you might choose a different language for an actual survey. Write a reflective statement (150-250 words) on any problems you had in creating your survey, the issue you are collecting data on, the audience (sample) for your survey and how you think the data collected might help in planning, implementing or evaluating your CA project.
