Statement of Work

Task 1: Each team needs to first propose a project in the second week of the course. The project full proposal should follow the format of the project proposal in Chapter 3. However, for the first draft, only one page is needed including the project idea, objective, and the main stages of the project. Task 2: A full detailed report on the project that summarizes Statement on customer need, assumptions, scope (SOW), deliverables, resources, schedule, price, risks, implementation considerations, changes, & project closing.
