Help me study for my Writing class. Im stuck and dont understand.
My HCP main point:
problem is the fewer job opportunity for African Americans
cause1 is mass incarceration
cause2 is lower education level for Afri-Americans

This intervention helps prevent the problem by doing Y and Z, and thus is an ideal course of action because it is not only reactive but proactive in establishing the means to eradicate the problem before it starts.
