Instructions For this assignment, you will conduct a brief SWOT analysis for a publicly traded company of your choice (except for Pandora, Uber, Amazon or Starbucks) that are covered in the lecture material and in the sample assignment. You will put together a list of SWOT factors for the company based on credible sources and provide two recommendations to the company based on your analysis. Selecting a publicly traded company is recommended since it will make it easier to find information in any of the sources that are acceptable for this assignment. What you need to do You need to conduct research about the company as well as its environment. A good starting point is the databases available through the school library.( not required) Finally, you can also use the company’s website as a source of relevant information. You need to include at least three different sources for your analysis. IMPORTANT! The following sources are not acceptable: Wikipedia, blog posts or any other user-generated information site, and published SWOT analyses for the company from any source. If you use a published SWOT analysis you will not be doing the work on your own and you will lose half of the points for the assignment if you do that.
