It is desired that the candidate: ·Possess extensive knowledge and experience in facilities management. ·Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment. ·Demonstrate proven project management experience. ·Possess experience working in a team environment in a leadership capacity. ·Have experience with the Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division. ·Possess the ability to read and interpret workplace floor plans and construction documents.
