It must be enclosed by quotation marks at the beginning and end. You may use material from the internet if you wish, but it will not count towards the four quotes and must be enclosed in quotation marks and have a footnote giving the web address (http://etc) and date you accessed it. Everything not in quotation marks must be in your own words. If something is not in quotes and is it taken word for word from some other source, it is plagiarism and it will result in your getting a zero for the assignment, even if it is only a few lines.
