For an imaginary or real project of your choice: a) create a list of different risks (at least 10) b) organise these risks in form of a Risk Breakdown Structure (see. PMBOK figure 11-4 / create main categories or apply categories provided in the course material) c) evaluate the likelihood and impact of different risks by positioning them on a probability and impact matrix (see PMBOK figure 11-10) d) define and briefly justify/explain your choice of strategy (see PMBOK chapters 11.5.2.1-11.2.2.2) for three risks you have selected. Complete your work with tools like MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word or equivalent.
