You are required to submit three elements for this reassessment: 1. Your original assignment with feedback; 2. A separate document (up to one page of A4) outlining any changes made in response to comments from the markers, minimum 200 words; 3. A second version of the assessment (2500 words) with improvements which reflect feedback from the markers. The original assignment is as follows: Your company is currently looking to expand into a new market. As a part of the commercial team, you are asked to submit a report to the senior management. Your report needs to include an in-depth analysis regarding the process of internationalisation, and specifically focus on the rationales for every key strategic decision. In your report, use appropriate theories, analytical tools and frameworks as well as real business data and information. You must incorporate all the feedback given to you by your mentors and business practitioners during the period leading towards the completion of your report. This includes the formative feedback that you will receive when you present your research findings. You must include this formative feedback in the appendix of your report. You need to demonstrate your knowledge gained from the following: · lecture/seminar content during the scheduled contact hours (attendance is crucial) · required weekly reading, preparation and activities · additional reading · assessment preparation Your critical evaluation should examine recent developments in the topic area and application of theory to business organisation. You need to use academic journal articles from the following journals (a minimum of eight) alongside other references. The report must also utilise information from a range of reliable sources, including online sources that are provided to you on Moodle. You do not need to include everything that your group collected/presented. Any group work that is used should be clearly labelled and placed in an appendix.
