[SOLVED] Managing Diversity
The notion that diversity and inclusion is just about black and white is a misnomer. The challenges managers face are plentiful. For example, you just read about a white male who claims he was discriminated against for being a conservative. Are we supposed to be dismissive of him because he happens to be an opinionated white male? Is he not entitled to his beliefs? How would you manage this situation if you were the CEO of Google? Please consider all of this points in your responses (400 word minimum). There is also a diversity issue in the C-Suites in corporate America. How would you address this issue if you were CEO of one of these companies (400 word minimum)? Please be certain to incorporate thoughts from the video in your explanations.
