The topic is about leadership of innovation, I would describe leadership of innovation, whether as a transformative vs incremental process, or dig into what it takes to develop a culture of innovation, or leadership in developing ideas, etc. then this is fine. You will have to find research references to argue your points and add to what we have already covered. You can examine any subject that is pertinent to the topic of strategic leadership and organizational behavior with a view to the current and future business environments. You may choose to examine a course topic in greater details or choose another topic that is relevant to you and the course.
