Humanitarian logistics Project Guideline: • A background section should be prepared. This section should include facts about the; disaster; when where and why, the impact of the disaster on nature & humankind, the main stakeholders involved in the relief operations, the number of relief funds spent…etc.  • I expect you to stress on stakeholders, risks, humanitarian space, and humanitarian principles and funds.  • I expect you to discuss the four phases of the disaster relief cycle and the main actions done at each stage. You will continue working on this section in more depth in the second phase of your project.  • Focus on the role of the INGO you selected in these stages, especially in the preparedness phase.
