[SOLVED] Challenges and Options for Action in Service Marketing
The paper is for Service Marketing and this is the description: “The COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus) affects the economy to varying degrees. Analyze for a service company of your choice what challenges the company faces based on the constitutive characteristics of services. Show the problem areas and develop appropriate alternative courses of action. Please introduce the selected company briefly (company name, location, turnover, number of employees, core brands / products, industry).” The paper has to be re-written as it has really poor quality, the brand chosen was -in my opinion- very wrong and it should have been a bigger, better known one. It contains mistakes after mistakes, you will see my notes written in red. I need 2-3 scientific sources and at least 6 in total, but more are also very good. Further instructions will be uploaded as PDF. A formal structure, clear distinctions among parts, a logical conclusion, etc are missing too. Feel free to change the company if needed!
