In your role (e.g., parent, sibling, cousin), think about a time when you had to lead others.1- Discuss in your paper how reflecting on this time might help shape your current or future leadership approach in a current or desired leadership situation. Utilize information on the authentic leadership theory to support this discussion.2 -Next, utilizing the servant leadership model presented in the lesson and the textbook, discuss whether servant leadership seems appropriate for your current professional situation. If not, why not? If so, how is it or might it be implemented?Your reflection paper will be at least two pages, not counting the title or reference pages.
