There are 2 different assignments attached to this order. They go hand in hand.  Assignment One: Research plan Getting Started The purpose of the research process is to answer a specific question. The question should be derived from professional experiences; previous research that answered a question, but in doing so, created more questions; or simply from a gap in the existing literature. The question to be addressed in the research should be one that is important to the field of study. The research should be able to explain the problem, the significance of the problem, which research approach and methodology would be most likely to find a complete answer to the problem and subsequent questions, and how the completed research will answer the questions and provide insights for the field. Background Information In this assignment, you will review the concepts of research design to help you prepare your AMP proposal. The media presentation “Research Project” will discuss the sections of the research project that will be created from your proposal. Instructions In a two-page paper, develop a research plan that identifies each step of the research process and explains how you will approach each step as you work on your Applied Management Project (AMP). Be sure to briefly cover the following categories in your research plan: Organization identification Problem identification Preliminary review of current scholarly research, organized into an annotated bibliography The purpose and significance of your research project Research question(s) Literature review Analysis of the results of the literature review Conclusions based on the analysis of the literature review Recommendations for the organization to address the problem End of Assignment One. ————————————————————————————————— Assignment Two: Applied Management Project (AMP) Proposal    Getting Started   In this assignment, you will create a proposal for your final project. It is important to choose your organization and the problem within that organization that you would like to address very carefully, as this is what you will be spending the majority of your time researching over the next several weeks. The problem that you choose should be moderately complex and one that allows you to incorporate the concepts that you learned in previous classes.    Background Information   As you prepare to begin the project, you should ensure that you have chosen a problem at an organization that is complex enough to allow you to conduct extensive research. You should also ensure that there is enough information about the organization publicly available to you. If you choose a problem from an organization where you are currently or were previously employed, be sure that you do not include any information that is not publicly available.   Instructions   Identify an organization in which you are actively involved or that has information readily available for research. Prepare an Applied Management Project Proposal specific to a problem or recent challenge that you have identified within the organization. Use the Template APA 7th Edition Paper to complete the proposal. [I have attached a file of the template] Identify several areas where problems may occur: Outward looking—both influenced by and shaping their external environment A social institution—created by people; contributing to society Pursuing multiple goals—both financial and nonfinancial Innovative—emphasizing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship Focused—answering and aligning resources to the question, “What is our primary business?” Spirited—creating self-controlled and motivated managers Your proposal should articulate why the project is a management concern and take into account the managerial structure and theory discussed in your readings. Your proposal must also include 10 research sources in an annotated bibliography.  Your paper should be formatted in APA.   Your completed proposal should be four pages in length.
