What does this mean? How does this illustrate the characteristics of and relationship between the dominant/majority and minority groups in America? Conflict theorists address issues of power and privilege. From the perspective of a conflict theorist, what is the role of white privilege with respect to the rights of Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC)?
