Respiratory Depression in the Recovery Room

Instructions: Select a nursing practice that you commonly use when caring for patients. This should be a practice issue in which you think quality and/or safety could be improved, or cost could be reduced.  You may select an issue that is of interest to you, or use one of the suggested topics found in this module. Search the literature for three articles about improving nursing care for the issue you selected. The articles should be: Research-based publications   (Report of a study published in a journal – Websites are not acceptable.) Current (Less than five years old – published no earlier than 2014. Articles published between 2010 and 2014 are acceptable if there is no more currently available research.) Nursing (Primary author is a nurse or the article was published in a nursing journal.) Using one of the two suggested formats, develop an annotated bibliography for each of the three selected articles.  The complete assignment should include: Title page in APA format Three annotated bibliographies. Start each annotated bibliography on a new page.  Required components are listed in the grading rubric below. One-paragraph summary of the evidence you have reviewed. In one or two sentences, make a  recommendation about whether this evidence is useful to your nursing practice.  References page Upload the pdf file of each of your three articles with your assignment.
