Queens Public Access Television in Queens, NY

I would like to write about how I pursued my interest in becoming a Public Access TV Producer for Queens Public Access Television in Queens, NY. I want to speak of how I not only learned about the logistics of putting a television program together in the studio and on the field but learn about how to lead a production staff, time management, pre-production (storyboarding, putting together a production crew) and post production (editing and submitted completed program)  work and applying discipline and focus to get a TV program on the air but also learning, understanding and developing my skills and talent as a leader.
