Look at my Cv and make up something to answer these questions : – Demonstrable professional experience of working with at-risk young adults in a residential setting and ability to demonstrate trough practice how ” Every child matter” relates to the young people living in residential accommodation  An understanding and experience of applying effective ways of working with young people, in particular YP’s with mental health and attachment needs including emerging personality disorder and / or self harm Experience of working in a recovery focus way and a good understanding of the principles and how they can be related to risk and needs assessment, planning, goal-setting and reviewing with young people  Experience of working with young people to develop life skills and support their involvement in meaningful activities Experience and knowledge of applying effective ways of working with young people, particularly, YP with mental health and attachment needs, emerging personality disorders and or self harm  Knowledge of welfare benefits for under 21 , rents and service charges (Uk )
