How do the group of students and the teacher function as a whole? What are the dynamics between students, between all the students and the teacher? What is the atmosphere in general (i.e., fun, serious, chaotic, etc.). Are there power issues among students, or ways in which the teacher seems to discriminate or is unfair in their treatment of different students or groups of students? What does the teacher do to create a sense of the classroom as community? Is the teacher successful? What kind of learning environment do you see? (You may need to really look to perceive this information in the videos. Each of the above questions should be mentioned, with examples from the video appropriately referenced and analyzed.)
