Nevada Constitution

After reading the Nevada Constitution in brief, what if any provisions in Nevada’s constitution do you find archaic or problematic in the 21st century? What provisions still work? Be specific and reference specific provisions. Overview of Discussion: Small groups – You have randomly been put into small groups for your online discussions. You will be in this group for half the semester, then at the midterm, you will be put into a different group (Group 1: start – midterm & Group 2:midterm – final). Your group will only have about 10 people which encourages more accountability and encourages more in-depth discussions. You will only be able to see and participate in your group’s discussion board. Each week, one of your group members will become a group leader, in which the group leader will provide a 3-4 sentence summary of what was shared/discussed in that week’s discussion post. It is strongly encouraged for you to not wait till the last minute to post, on your group’s discussion board. No points will be awarded for posts made after the due dates. Good posts: will include a clear and complete response to the question, some specific examples from reading or course materials, and a clear opinion on the issue. Excellent posts: will include more detail, thoughtful context, and several specific examples from reading. Specific examples can be simple, “as the reading this week showed, buffalo were hunted almost to extinction….” Your posts can be casual and are meant to be read by fellow students just add some specifics to back up your opinions and try to avoid making generalizations without evidence.
