Neolithic Architecture

What are the characteristics of the Neolithic Period? Neolithic cultures have domesticated plants and animals.  Neolithic people lived in sedentary environments because they depended on harvests, food storage, and livestock for subsistence year-round.  These people did not paint deep in caves.  Instead, the Neolithic people in Europe and Western Asia were builders, constructing what we call megalithic architecture. In this assignment you will learn about the Neolithic megalithic architecture of Stonehenge in England.  part 1: Read this Smithsonian.com article on the Neolithic site of Göbekli Tepe. Answers to these two questions to me,    What are the common elements between all three Neolithic sites (Stonehenge, Göbelki Tepe, and ?atalhöyük)?  What about these Neolithic sites, in your opinion, is most remarkable?  this would be just a paragraph long.   part 2: Even though “trying to pick out symbolism from prehistoric context is an exercise in futility,” imagine that you could have one question about these sites answered definitively, as if you had access to an omniscient archaeologist.  What question would you ask? just one question
