Explain how it is congruent to your clinical nursing practice. Give an example, including rationale, of how your example is congruent to your own clinical nursing practice. Introduce a research source article of your choosing in the discussion that either uses a theory congruent with your practice or one which one could easily apply this theory to and explain why.
