You are to write a 3-6 page paper (not including title and reference pages) in proper APA format. For your paper, you will write about a 25-year-old lady named Ms. Canady.You will use the following background on Ms. Canady to write you paper. Ms. Canady has a great personality. She is caring, open-minded, and willing to learn. Ms. Canady recently became the head supervisor at her dads company. Because she has inherited the position, she became a little big headed. As a leader some of her struggles include communicating efficiently, micromanaging her staff, and being hard on herself. Due to Ms. Canady working for her father, she wants to show her father that she can I manage a team. She must overcome these negative traits in order to become the manager she aspires to be.
