[Get Solution] Legal Memo
All citations should be Blue Book citations In the previous week, you conducted legal research for Peggy Peridots possible employment discrimination case. For this weeks assignment, you will use the results of that research to draft a legal memorandum for your supervising attorney, Lana Lapis. You wrote a short legal memo for Week 4. This memo involves a more substantial issue to analyze and should follow the general legal memorandum format. Your memo should include the following sections: heading (who it is to and from, as well as a subject line identifying the client), question presented, brief answer, facts, discussion/analysis, and conclusion. It will take careful thought to consider how to appropriately organize the information for your discussion/analysis section. This memo will be a first draft of the Signature Assignment; please note that you will receive a separate grade for this draft. Be sure to use proper legal citation format, as well as ensure that your citations are still good law. Length: 5-6 pages References: Include a minimum of five legal resources, using at least one (1) secondary source, and four (4) primary sources. Your proposal should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect graduate-level writing and Bluebook standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
