Leadership Approches

1.) Research paper is on the historical development, philosophical underpinnings, and present state of leasdership research.  Examine the broad implications of various leadership approches. Use current (last five year) journals, periodicals, reoprts and references on the history of leadership and its ongoing evoluction in organizations and systems around you (in general). FYI, my backgorund is retired Navy and now in real estate.  This paper will comceptualize a general review and explanation of the applicable literature on leaderhsip theory.  Thus, it should summarize the salient literature of the major theorists who have contributed to the various schools of leadership. 2.) Six references minimum that are current and use APA format.
