Leadership and Relationship Building Servant leadership requires specific relationship building skills. Successful student affairs professionals rely on relationships to achieve organizational and department goals. Knowing one’s own leadership style will help identify potential challenges in relationship building within student affairs. Write a 750-1,000 word essay that describes your personal leadership style and explains your approach to relationship building. Include the following: ·         Identify the leadership model that most closely aligns to your personal leadership style. ·         Identify specific relationship building skills that would foster positive relationships in a student affairs context. ·         Explain how you approach relationship building and how this compares or contrasts to relationship building of servant leaders. ·         Describe your personal experiences with relationship building.
