Identify 1 individual in the community (campus, neighborhood, place of worship, non-profit, etc.) who you think exemplifies an organizational problem-solver and schedule a meeting (for safety, virtual is recommended). Formulate your questions in advance. In your interview, try to gain a greater understanding of the persons roles, how they view leadership/problem-solving, and then expand on how these individuals carry out their practice. Please note that this paper should not take Q&A form but be a well-written, well-formed analysis essay integrating course readings. Details will be provided.
