Activity Instructions For this discussion, conduct research to identify three leadership traits that are important in facilitating success in globalization. Discuss how these traits might be useful in identifying pitfalls in decision-making. Using the leader in your selected global organization, discuss the decision-making model that applies to the leadership issue being studied as it relates to global strategy. How do the decisions contribute to sustaining organizational viability in the global marketplace?
