OUTLINE ATTACHEDYou will design a compensation plan for an organization. This will include such items as identifying the organization’s objectives, internal alignment, analyzing external alignment, job descriptions, designing employee contributions and compensation, and how the system will be managed. This will be a formal document.The students will design a compensation plan for an organization. The final product will be a formal document that could be used for presentations for different stakeholders, such as a Board. The final plan should include a cover page, a table of contents, and different sections with documents supporting the plan. Each section should also include a description of that section, the purpose of it and what the intent is of the supporting documents. Some of these sections will include objectives, internal alignment, external analysis, job description template, job ranking, performance appraisal, pay plan, benefit plan, etc. The components on the attached detail should be included.
