Hardships Motivates Me

Write something about: First, when I entered high school as I am from a lower class family I didn’t have goals about attending college because of the money, but I’d passed so many obstacles that motivated me to get an education. Most of my family and I were affected due to the COVID 19, which made me realize to become a professional. Seeing my mom working so hard, everytime my mom returns from work says “omg I hate my job, they explote me, the manager treats me like a slave”. I want to study management because I’m interested in it and because I don’t want people to live what my mom lives everyday, I want to become a good leader, do the opposite that bad managers do. I grew up with my grandparents because my mom had to work all day, I’m thankful about that, I want to give my mom the life she deserves, and to make my family and mom proud. Also, because I don’t want my children to live what I lived growing up with their grandparents not because my mom didn’t love, but because she had to work all day because she was the head of the family. I don’t want to children to see his/her dad saying that my manager treats me like a slave, I want them to be proud of their dad about being a good manager that helps employees.
