Funding is not as available as it has been in the past, as most grant providers are changing their focus from therapeutic to punitive and medical approaches. Lori faces the dilemma of changing her organization’s mission in order to get more grant money or upholding their current therapeutic-based mission, increasing fundraising, and potentially reducing their services.
