Gender Wage Gap

Write about wage gap and pay gap and how it relates to gender inequality and the range of policy solutions that have been proposed to deal with the challenge. How, and how well do the policy solutions address the problem that you have identified? -engage with the conceptual and analytic material; be explicitly comparative; and be policy oriented.
