Read/Review one of the “motivational theories” discussed in the journal below:
• Cafferky, M. (2017). Management & leadership theories in scripture narratives: An editor’s outline of opportunities for further study. Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, 20(2), 78-85.
• Mea, W. & Sims, R. (2019). Human dignity-centered business ethics: A conceptual framework for business leaders. Journal of Business Ethics, 160(1), 53-69.

The list of Theories are: (Behaviorism, Need-Hierarchy, Theory X & Theory Y, Two-factor theory, JCM, Equity Theory, Expectancy Theory, Goal Setting or Social Cognitive Theory) listed in Cafferkey’s (2017) editorial on opportunities for further study (p. 79-81).
Your paper should include:
A Title Page. This includes 3 lines centered on the page in the middle with the following: Title of paper (include the Theory you selected followed by a colon then the topic), Your full name, University Affiliation.

Need – Hierarchy: Consumer Motivation
An Abstract. The Heading will be Abstract (centered on the page).
An Introduction of the topic. The Heading will be the title of the paper (centered on the page).
A Literature Review. Discuss the ethical and legal foundations of the Motivational Theory you selected. The Heading will be Literature Review (Left Justified).
A List of Examples found within Biblical text. (The heading will be Examples (left justified).
A Discussion how it fits (or doesn’t) with the Human Dignity-Centered Framework. The Heading will be Discussion (Left Justified).
A Conclusion. The Heading will be Conclusion (Left Justified).
A Reference page. The Heading will be References (centered on the page).
This paper should draw on a minimum of ten substantial journal article resources and will be 10 to 12 pages in length (not including the title page, abstract, or reference pages) observing all APA style conventions. Include a Running Head and page numbers.
