Employee Testing
Discuss 2.2: Disclosure No unread replies. No replies. Prompt In Chapter Five, you were introduced to numerous ways in which an organization can enhance the employee selection process. However, there are arguments that would suggest that collecting all of this information is not all that useful and may actually be overkill. What do you think? Is there a point when employee testing just becomes too much? Is the cost worth the outcome? Is it too easy to manipulate results simply to get the job, therefore negating the very purpose of the test, to begin with? Share your insights with your fellow learners.
