[ORDER SOLUTION] Effect of Extra Curricula Activities

I need a literature review on the topic below :
The effect of extra curricular activities On student’s holistic development in the uae public schools.

Proposal:

Research problem:

Current system lack opportunities to develop holistic skills.
Schools focus on academic achievements only.
There is a gap between skills needed by University and work place and the ones that the students have.

Background study:
Schools disregard the significance of extracurricular activities.
Education expert believed that extra curricular activities have the potential to register a significant impact on the student’s life. (Mueller and Shifrer, 2017)
Schools who have adopted extracurricular have positive outcome on student’s development. (pallmer, Elliott and Cheatham, 2017)
Balancing between the delivery of the curriculum and additional activities challenges students to acquire holistic skill, (Seow and Pan, 2014)

Research question:
How does extracurricular activities register an impact on the development of holistic skills among UAE High School students?

Research objective:
To determine the types of extracurricular activities that schools need to introduce.

To establish a framework of supporting and encouraging students in their venture to participate in extracurricular activities.

To determine the best approach for schools to balance extracurricular activities and the instruction of the curriculum

To outline the specific benefits of extracurricular activities on student development

Research Design:

Mixed Method
Quantitative
Random sampling 100 participants ( High School students)
Instrument : Pilot test – Questionnaire – Survey
Data analysis (interpret data SPSS)
Qualitative
Purposive sampling for teacher (4-5) based on experience years/ involvement .
Instrument : Interview
Thematic analysis

Expected outcome:
Existing correlation between extra curricular activities and students development
The survey will highlight how extra curricular influence social, emotional and cognitive skills.
Interviews – Perspective of the teachers
Develop an effective model of integrating Extra curricular into public Schools,
Influence future policy.

Te above is the research propasal that i have submitted, now i need the literature review based on the above propasal and just add a small part on distant learning and how maybe the extra currucilar activities can be done remotely.
Also, maybe add point on the skills that the students need to be prepared for the future,
